Agency Network Solutions is operated by Gabriel O'Connor. When you submit an enquiry or an agency application through this website, we are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC201179.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, agencynetworksolutions.com, and the enquiry and agency application forms on it.

It does not cover accountants.agencynetworksolutions.com, which is a separate landing page for a paid advertising campaign and is operated separately.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect what you put in the form:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your firm name and sector
• What you have told us needs to change
• The type of specialist you think you need, if you know
• An indicative monthly budget range
• A telephone number, if you choose to give one

When you apply to join the network as an agency, we collect:

• Your name and your agency's name
• Your email address and your agency's website
• Your primary service area and anything you tell us about your delivery record

If you agree to analytics and advertising cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site, such as which pages you read and whether you arrived from an advert. If you do not agree, we do not collect it. See the cookie policy.

Our hosting provider processes technical information including your IP address in order to serve the site and to protect it from attack.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

To respond to you. We use enquiry and application details to understand what you need, work out whether we can help, and reply personally. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us because you want a response, and we process your information to give you one.

To measure the site and our advertising. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can change at any time.

To keep the site available and secure. Our legal basis is legitimate interests.

Who receives your information

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do use other companies to run the site and handle enquiries. They process your information on our instructions:

Introductions to agencies

If we make an introduction to an agency on your behalf, we ask for your explicit agreement before sharing any of your details with them.

That sharing happens because you have asked us to make an introduction. It is never a default part of submitting the form.

Information leaving the UK

Some of the companies above process information in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which is a safeguard approved for this purpose under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not proceed. Two years from your last contact with us, so that we recognise you if you come back.
• Enquiries that lead to an introduction. Six years from the end of the relationship, which matches the ordinary limitation period for contractual claims in England and Wales.
• Agency applications. Two years from the decision.
• Analytics. Fourteen months, set in Google Analytics.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong
• Ask us to delete it
• Ask us to restrict how we use it
• Object to us using it, including for our legitimate interests
• Ask us to transfer it to someone else in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent to cookies at any time

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you directly rather than rely on you noticing.
