These terms apply to anyone who uses the Agency Network Solutions website, submits an enquiry, or applies to join the agency network. Agency Network Solutions is operated by Gabriel O'Connor.
By using this site or submitting a form, you're agreeing to these terms.
Agency Network Solutions is an independent advisory service. We work with business owners to assess their digital agency needs and make introductions to vetted agencies within our network.
Submitting an enquiry through this website doesn't constitute a contract, a commitment from us to make an introduction, or a guarantee of any outcome. It's the start of a conversation. We'll assess your enquiry and follow up personally. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry that isn't a good fit for our service.
When we make an introduction between a business and an agency, we act as an independent intermediary. We're not a party to any contract that may form between them. Any agreement, scope of work, or commercial relationship entered into as a result of an ANS introduction is solely between the business and the agency involved.
We take care in vetting the agencies we work with, but we can't be held responsible for the performance, conduct, or outcomes of any agency we introduce. We'd expect anyone with a genuine concern about an agency to bring it to us directly.
Submitting an agency application doesn't guarantee acceptance into the network. We review every application and follow up personally where there's a fit.
If accepted into the network, the commercial terms of that relationship will be set out in a separate agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commercial offer to agencies.
All content on this website, including copy, design, and structure, belongs to Agency Network Solutions. You're welcome to reference or share it, but please don't reproduce it wholesale or pass it off as your own.
We provide this website and our advisory service in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agency Network Solutions and Gabriel O'Connor aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on any introduction we make.
This doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have under UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page will reflect when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
