These terms apply to anyone who uses the Agency Network Solutions website, submits an enquiry, or applies to join the agency network. Agency Network Solutions is operated by Gabriel O'Connor.
By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Awaiting from GabrielRegistered entity name, legal form and company number, to identify who you are contracting with.
Agency Network Solutions is a lead generation network. We assess what a firm needs and introduce it to one specialist digital agency from our network. We do not deliver digital work ourselves.
The service is free to the enquiring firm. We are paid by the agency, and only once an introduction turns into a working relationship.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, commit us to making an introduction, or guarantee any outcome. It is the start of a conversation.
We assess every enquiry and follow up personally. We may decline an enquiry that is not a good fit for the service, and we will say so rather than introduce you to somebody unsuitable.
When we introduce a firm to an agency we act as an independent intermediary. We are not a party to any contract that forms between them.
Any agreement, scope of work or commercial relationship entered into as a result of an introduction we make is solely between the firm and the agency involved. We are not responsible for the performance or conduct of an agency we introduce.
If you have a genuine concern about an agency we introduced you to, bring it to us directly. We would rather know.
We assess agencies on work they have delivered, on their relevance to the firm in question, on their available capacity, and on the commercial terms they offer.
We do not:
Our assessment is a considered opinion offered in good faith. It is not a certification, an accreditation or a guarantee.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the network. We review every application and follow up where there is a fit.
If an agency is accepted, the commercial terms of that relationship are set out in a separate agreement. Nothing on this website is a binding commercial offer to any agency.
Guides, articles and other material published here are general information about choosing and managing digital agencies. They are not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for advice on your firm's own circumstances.
If a decision carries regulatory or contractual consequences for your firm, take advice on it.
